My family and I had a delightful stay at Gurney's Inn Montauk, where we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The atmosphere was both relaxing and festive, especially with the seasonal decorations. Although our room had its flaws, the overall experience was memorable with fantastic dining options and stunning ocean views. However, it would have been nice to have clearer guidance around the property, as we did get a bit lost now and then.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. While I have fond memories of past visits, this time the room conditions and service were far below expectations. The noise from the guests above kept us awake, and the lack of communication regarding housekeeping policies was frustrating. It's a shame because the place has potential, but it seems like the management is dropping the ball on customer care.
